Our purchases are dispatched from our warehouse through trusted logistics partners. Please allow the following estimated delivery times upon receipt of your order:
Domestic Orders: Orders within the country are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You can anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Signature Requirement: Upon delivery, a signature will be required. If you are unavailable, you may designate an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to sign for the delivery. Please note, however, that Forest Essentials cannot be held responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.
OTP Requirement: Some courier partners may request an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete delivery. This OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided during the order placement process and must be provided for successful delivery.
Responsibility for Damages: Monk’s Ayurveda is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery.
Claims for Shortages or Damages: Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Shipping and Handling Charges: Rates for shipping and handling may vary based on factors such as product, packaging, size, volume, and type. Customers will be informed of the applicable charges during the checkout process, prior to making payment.
