At Monk’s Ayurveda, our priority is to ensure your satisfaction throughout your shopping journey. However, please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used, as they cannot be resold.

Should you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of your product, we are happy to assist you within the specified timeframe outlined below:

Tampered or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that has been tampered with or is damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide supporting images and videos so we can promptly address your concern.

Quality Complaints: For any quality-related complaints, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following conditions regarding exchanges and returns:

Monk’s Ayurveda cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring after delivery, including damage due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.

Exchange requests will only be accepted for products returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, subject to inspection by Monk’s Ayurveda.

Once a product is sold, refunds will not be issued.
